Terms of Use

Women’s VIP Club

Terms of Use

Effective date: November 2, 2026

Welcome to Women’s VIP Club. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Women’s VIP Club, together with its successors and assigns (“we,” “us,” “our”) governing your use of the Women’s VIP Club website at https://womenvipclub.com and the Women’s VIP Club mobile app for iOS and Android (together, the “Service”). For the mobile app, these Terms also serve as the End-User License Agreement (“EULA”).

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and membership

The Service is an exclusive members’ community for women. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app on a device you own or control, and to access the Service as a member. You may use the Service’s features — including listing a business in the Business Marketplace and posting to the Jobs board — solely as those features are intended and in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service itself except as permitted by law.

3. User-generated content and community conduct

The Service lets members create content — including profile information, photos, business listings, job listings, posts, videos, comments, and replies in Moments and News, and messages in member chat (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, display, and distribute your User Content in order to operate, provide, and improve the Service, including showing it to other members and to others as the Service’s sharing features and your settings allow. We may sublicense these rights to service providers that help us run the Service, and this license transfers to any successor to the Service (see section 12). The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people have already shared and copies we must keep for legal, security, or backup reasons.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on the Service. By using the Service you agree that you will not post, send, or share User Content that:

  • is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or bullying;
  • is pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene;
  • depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity;
  • infringes anyone’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights;
  • impersonates any person or misrepresents your affiliation; or
  • is spam, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful to other members.

You also agree not to harass, abuse, threaten, or otherwise mistreat other members.

Reporting and blocking. Members can flag/report objectionable content and block abusive users anywhere User Content appears in the app. On a post in Moments or News, use the “…” menu on that post to report it or to block its author. On a comment or a reply, press and hold it to report it or to block the member who wrote it. In member chat, use the report option on a message; to stop receiving messages from someone, use the block option on that user. Blocking works both ways in the feed: you will no longer see that member’s posts or comments, and they will no longer see yours. In chat, neither of you can start a conversation with the other or send the other a direct message. Blocking does not remove messages already exchanged, and it does not apply to group conversations.

Enforcement. We may review reported content and act on reports of objectionable content or abusive behavior by removing the content and ejecting the offending user within 24 hours. We may remove any User Content and suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion and without notice, for any violation of these Terms. You can also contact us to report violations or request removal of content at https://womenvipclub.com/contact/.

4. Memberships, events, and payments

Some features (e.g., VIP membership, event tickets) may require payment. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full payment-card details. Membership terms, ticket purchases, RSVPs, and refunds are as described at the point of purchase.

5. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., content rules, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content we create, and the Women’s VIP Club name and logos, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. These Terms do not give you any right to use our name or logos. If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Service, we may use them without any obligation to you.

8. Changes to the Service

We may change, add, or remove features of the Service, or suspend or discontinue all or part of it. We may change the price of paid features; a price change for a membership you already pay for applies only from your next billing period after we tell you about it.

9. Apple App Store — additional terms (iOS)

If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, the following also apply and, for the app license, supplement (and where required, supersede) these Terms:

  • This EULA is between you and Women’s VIP Club only, and not with Apple. Women’s VIP Club, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
  • Your license to use the app is a non-transferable license to use it on any Apple device you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula), which are incorporated by reference.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
  • To the extent any warranty is not effectively disclaimed, Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); otherwise Apple has no warranty obligation for the app.
  • Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app (including product-liability, legal/regulatory, or consumer-protection claims).
  • Apple is not responsible for investigating or resolving third-party intellectual-property claims relating to the app.
  • You represent that you are not located in a U.S.-embargoed country or on a U.S. prohibited-parties list, and that you will comply with applicable third-party agreements (e.g., your wireless data plan) when using the app.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
  • Our name and contact address for any questions, complaints, or claims regarding the app are in the “Contact and developer information” section below.

10. Google Play (Android)

If you obtained the app from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its content.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, including if the Service changes hands. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, notifying members. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Transfer of these Terms

We may assign or transfer these Terms, and any of our rights and obligations under them, in whole or in part and without your consent, including to a buyer or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business or assets. The successor then takes our place under these Terms, and your account, membership, and purchases carry over. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent.

13. Contact and developer information

The Service is currently operated by Vagif Jalilov, 4714 Leehigh Ct, Fairfax, VA 22030 (“developer of record”). If the Service is transferred to a new operator (for example, a company), the new operator takes our place as described in section 12, and we will update this section. For questions, reports, or requests — including any questions, complaints, or claims regarding the app — please use our Contact Us page at womenvipclub.com/contact or write to us at the address above.
